This page has been created in order to provide a special page for our members who are on the other bus. This is a colloquial term for people who are of different orientation. The colour pink first rose to prominence in the world of buses in 1987, when the newly privatised Yorkshire Rider Ltd created its own bespoke moquette: in pink and grey. This moquette had an earlier version (with the YR logo on) and a later version with smaller images, seen below.

Of course, the concept of the pink bus has been taken a stage further by certain people.
