Does anyone else think that the Plaxton Mini-Supreme body looks rather like a guinea pig? here is KNT815W and Winnie-Pig the GuineaPig for you to decide.
Bedford CF/Plaxton Mini Supreme KNT815W (which most recently operated for Thornes of Selby) is owned by a local preservationist, whilst Winnie-Pig is owned by my beloved girlfriend, Hannah. The pictures of 113 are (c) copyright Simon Turner 2003 and the pictures of Winnie-Pig are (c) copyright James Fairchild 2005. Below are pictures of 113 in its depot with other vehicles, and of Winnie-Pig in her run with other Guinea Pigs (from top, Winnie-Pig, Tufty (ickle baby pig), Jasmine, Chestnut and Bert (a girl pig).
Winnie-Pig had a special friend that she used to live with, who sadly is no longer with us. Here is a picture of Baby.
Update - July 2006 - Winnie-Pig and Tufty have moved to West Yorkshire (along with their mummy), and we have got two little babies to join them. Here are Tigger-Pondie and Optare-Pig (Topsy for short), and finally a picture of them all.
Of course, combining buses with guinea pigs is nothing new.... FirstGroup and Egg Money did this previously. Here is 30928 (Rider number 5783) X798NWR in Leeds Infirmary Street.
